Steel Alliance (ISA) & Chinese Iron & Steel Association (CISA) was held at CII
Hqrs., to chalk out issues to be discussed during the visit of main CISA Delegation from
China in the month of June 2004. |

March 15, 2004 - Meeting of the CEOs of Integrated Steel
Manufacturers (ISA) with CEOs of Cold Rolled Manufacturers was held at Hotel Taj Mahal,
New Delhi to discuss on volatility and availability of steel. A sub-group comprising of
two members each from ISA and CORSMA would be set up to exchange information, discuss
issues and problems on a continuous basis. CII would be the Secretariat for this group. |

Meeting held at Hotel Intercontinental, New Delhi on availability of steel and its prices.
Formation of a joint Working Group between Steel makers and consumers to meet on
continuous basis to resolve issues from either side. |
